30-Day Return Window
We want you to be happy with your EcoCubs purchase. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for items that meet the criteria below.

• Change of Mind: Due to the nature of our dinnerware and for hygiene reasons, we generally do not provide refunds for change of mind.
• Faulty Products: EcoCubs will happily replace any faulty product purchased from our online store within three months of purchase.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at info@ecocubs.com.au with your order number and details/photos of the fault, or fill in our contact form here.
2. We will endeavor to contact you as soon as possible to arrange a solution (please remember we are parents to 3 wild bears of our own and sometimes life gets in the way!).
3. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping Costs

• Faulty Items: EcoCubs will cover all return shipping costs.
• Other Returns: Shipping costs for any other approved returns are the responsibility of the customer.

🐻 Please note, products damaged due to extreme force or inappropriate use are not covered by this policy.

⚖️ Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
