We offer free standard delivery across Australia on all orders over $89 AUD! All orders are shipped via Australia Post, with two delivery options available:

• Standard (estimated 3–5 business days): $9.95 flat rate
  
• Express (estimated 1–3 business days): $14.95 flat rate

We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 24 hours from our EcoCubs HQ on the South Coast of NSW. However, as a small family-run business (with three wild cubs of our own!), occasional delays may occur. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our HQ.

We offer free standard shipping in the USA for all orders over $89 USD. For orders under that amount, we charge a flat shipping rate of $9.95 USD.

Please note: We fulfill US orders via our third-party warehouse located in Topeka, Kansas. While this helps us ship faster within the States, packing times are not within our control and unfortunately, not all EcoCubs products are stocked in the US warehouse. *Free shipping applies only to those products shipped from our US warehouse.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Wholesale orders within Australia are shipped at a flat rate of $25 AUD.

Wholesale orders to the United States are calculated per order based on size, weight, and warehouse location. Once you submit your order or enquiry, we’ll provide a custom shipping quote tailored to your needs.
