EcoCubs Bamboo Dinnerware- Shipping Information.

At EcoCubs, we understand the importance of providing the best shipping solutions for our eco friendly dinnerware.

We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 24 hours from our EcoCubs HQ on the South Coast of NSW. However, as a small family-run business (with three wild cubs of our own!), occasional delays may occur. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our HQ 🐾

Australia Shipping

We offer free standard delivery across Australia on all orders over $99 AUD! All orders are shipped via Australia Post, with two delivery options available:

  • Standard (estimated 3–5 business days): $9.95 flat rate.
  • Express (estimated 1–3 business days): $14.95 flat rate

New Zealand Shipping

We offer a flat shipping rate of $16.95 NZD for all orders shipped to New Zealand. This rate helps us cover courier costs and ensures your EcoCubs kids dinnerware arrives safely and quickly.

Please note: Shipping times may vary depending on AusPost.

USA Shipping

All US orders (excluding baby mobiles) are shipped directly from our Australian warehouse via Australia Post, in compliance with mandatory US Customs rules.

  • Flat shipping fee: USD $14 per order.
  • Customs, Duties & Import Taxes: All parcels are declared according to Australia Post and US Customs requirements. Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping fee.
  • Zonos Postal Clearance Fee:
    A small fee has been included in our flat shipping fee to cover customs handling and administration.

International Shipping

We charge a flat shipping fee of $18 AUD for international orders up to 5kg. Due to high courier costs, this is the best option we can offer.
